As a consequence of the coronavirus pandemic, some cities in the USA experienced a flood of remote workers that disrupted the real estate market and led to higher house prices properties. It is the case of Austin or Phoenix.

But the phenomenon is not homogeneous. The North American site Realtor collected economic and housing data to predict price and sales growth, and thus classified the 10 cities where the price of properties is still affordable for a middle class worker.
