Emily Blunt and John Krasinski are no strangers to cute red carpet moments (and chaotic lip-reader spiraling moments), and they just skipped surgery to look chic/in love/etc at the 2024 Met Gala . Why do you ask?
Despite walking around New York four days before the Met Gala in a cute orange tracksuit, Emily confirmed she won’t be attending the coveted fashion event because she was already working on her next project. During an interview with Additional V Autumn guy Premiere in Los Angeles, Emily said: “I’m not going this year. “I’m actually going back to set, I haven’t been on set for about a year and a half.” She revealed that she will star in a new film starring The Rock called Crash the car.
As for John, he seems to be promoting his next film. IF.with some activations on his Instagram stories.
Emily just opened up about a conversation she had with Howard Stern about kissing other actors on set, saying she “absolutely” had moments that made her want to throw up. Just in case, she added: “I wouldn’t say it’s extreme hate, but I definitely didn’t like some of it.”
She also talked about on-screen chemistry, saying, “I had chemistry with people that I didn’t like… I had chemistry with people that… I didn’t have a lot of fun working with them. Sometimes it’s weird. Sometimes you can have a really easy rapport, but it doesn’t translate on screen. Chemistry is a strange thing. It is an unearthly thing that cannot be bottled and bought or sold. It kind of exists or it doesn’t. It’s easier when you have a natural rapport with someone.”
“I need to find something I like in everyone,” she added. “I have to find something… Even if it’s just one thing.”
