From THC Law Firm, Associate Jose Luis Parra, emphasizes that although its sale is prohibited in Spain, Yes, you can buy it and legally sell marijuana seeds or have a cannabis club.

At Proyecto Hombre, their representative in Andalusia, Pedro Pedrero, prefers regulation rather than legalization of cannabis for medicinal use.
